Mumbai Pav Bhaji

Tasty easy cook

Bun – 4
Onion -2 (chopped)
Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
Tomato – 2 cup ( chopped)
Cumin powder – 2 table spoon
Potato – 2 cup
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Cheese – ½ cup
Pav bhaji masala – 1 table spoon
Green peas – ½ cup
Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 table spoon
Cabbage – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Capsicum – ½ cup ( cut into small pieces)
Ginger grated – 2 table spoon
Garlic – 1 tea spoon ( crushed)
Green chilly – 2
Water, salt – as required

Method of preparation:
Take a frying fan. Add onion, garlic, green chilly and saute. Then add tomato, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, pav bhaji masala and mix. Then add green peas, potato, cabbage, ginger into it and cook it in low flame. Add required water, add capsicum into it. When everything gets cooked add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
Cut the bun into two round pieces. spread butter on the cut portion and fry for some time. Keep the masala mix on the top of the bun and can serve hot.
