Mumbai: The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has appointed Prabodh Vasant Davkhare as State Vice-President of the party in Maharashtra.
The appointment was announced through a letter issued by NCP Maharashtra President Sunil Tatkare. The letter states that Davkhare has been entrusted with the responsibility with the objective of carrying forward the party’s tradition of public service and strengthening its organisational activities.

Tatkare expressed confidence that Davkhare’s participation and efforts would help make the organisation stronger, more effective and people-oriented.
The appointment comes as the NCP continues to strengthen its organisational network across Maharashtra. The party has also recently been expanding its grassroots structure, including constituency-level appointments for its SIR-related activities.
Davkhare is expected to play an active role in strengthening the party organisation and expanding its outreach across the state.
